Call us at City Hall, 785-582-4280. We can confirm availability for your date, and we will pencil in your reservation for you, and then you can come in to complete the application, and payment.
A $10 late fee will be added after the due date. If the bill is still unpaid on the 10th day of the next month your service will be disconnected, and you will have a $50 reconnection fee added to your bill. You will need to pay the entire bill in order to have service restored.
